Shipping Policy

- Shipping uses FEDEX, EMS Korea, and the fastest delivery company depending on the country. 

- Additional shipping fee may apply depending on the country. 

- Delivery takes an average of 3-14 days. 


Customs and Taxes 

The consignee is responsible for international shipping, which may be subject to import duties and taxes.

We would like to inform you that these costs are charged by the destination country and are not controllable by our company.

If the recipient refuses to receive the package, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be redistributed.

Any related expenses will be deducted from the refund.

Refund

- Before proceeding with a refund or exchange, the item must first be returned to our warehouse. 

- Refunds are made through the original payment method, and may take up to 10 days or more.

Return and Exchange Policy

Return·Exchange method

1. On the Order page, select Complete Delivery > Request a Return - Write down reasons such as size, exchange, refund, etc. 

2. Please send order information, and reason for return to contact@visualsuspect.kr.

3. Returns are accepted through the courier company. Returns are processed through the courier company's direct visit and collection method.

4. Deliver the product you received to the driver as it is packaged 

5. Exchange and refund after inspection of the company's products 

6. Return shipping charges will be deducted using the method you paid for and then refunded

7. In case of defective or misdelivery, we will pay for the return shipping fee.
 


Return·Exchange period 

- You can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the product.

- For the convenience of our customers, returns are processed through a direct pickup service.


 If exchange or refund is not possible

- Return due to simple change of mind and size error will be borne by the customer 

- Products that cannot be returned or exchanged are marked at the bottom of the detailed page. 

- Lost or damaged internal packaging or hang tag 

- Where it is impossible to resell after wearing it, such as contamination, severe wrinkles, perfume, etc -Fine miscellaneous work, finish thread, choke marks, irregular patterns, etc. that may occur during the production of the product are not considered defective. 

Where there are signs of use of product scratches, wrinkle contamination, etc 

- Accessories, socks, underwear, etc. cannot be exchanged or refunded 


 In case of product defect 

- If there is a defect in the product, please contact us by email. We will cover all shipping costs. However, if it is intentionally damaged, it will be returned at the customer's expense and legal action may be taken.
