Shipping Policy
- Orders are shipped via FedEx, EMS Korea, or the fastest available courier, depending on the destination country.
- Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the delivery location.
- If an order includes pre-order items, all items in the order will be shipped together on the scheduled pre-order shipping date.
- If the recipient refuses delivery, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be reshipped.
- The average delivery time is 5–14 business days.
- Free shipping is provided for orders over USD 200. However, if the entire order is returned, both the original shipping cost (waived at checkout) and the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The shipping address is based solely on the address entered on our official website at checkout.
- Addresses registered with PayPal do not affect the shipping address.
Customs and Taxes
- For products shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), all applicable duties and taxes are already included in the product price. In this case, no additional charges will apply upon delivery..
- For products shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), duties, fees, and import taxes may be charged at the time of delivery. These charges are assessed by your local customs office and must be paid in order to receive your shipment. For more details, please contact your local customs authority.
Refund
- Items must be returned to our warehouse before a refund or exchange can be processed.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days or longer.

Return and Exchange Policy
Method
1. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. On the Order page, select Complete Delivery > Request a Return and provide the reason (e.g., size, exchange, refund).
3. Send your order information and reason for return to support@visualsuspect.kr.
4. For customer convenience, returns are processed through a direct pickup service.
5. Returns are arranged through our partnered courier service, which will pick up the item directly.
6. Please hand the packaged item to the courier driver.
7. Exchanges and refunds will be processed after product inspection.
8. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund using the same payment method.
9. In cases of defective or incorrect items, return shipping fees will be covered by us.
10. If the returned product or its packaging (including boxes, pouches, or protective materials) is severely damaged or missing, the return may be rejected or an additional repackaging fee will be deducted from the refund.
Exceptions
Exchanges or refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Returns due to change of mind or size issues (cost borne by customer).
- Products marked as non-returnable/non-exchangeable on the product detail page.
- Missing or damaged internal packaging or hang tags.
- Items that cannot be resold due to wear, stains, strong odors, or significant wrinkles.
- Minor irregularities from production (e.g., loose threads, slight marks, uneven patterns) are not considered defects.
- Products showing clear signs of use (scratches, wrinkles, stains).
- Accessories, socks, and underwear are non-returnable.
Product Defects
- If you receive a defective product, please contact us by email. We will cover all shipping costs.
- However, if the item is found to be intentionally damaged, it will be returned at the customer’s expense, and legal action may be taken.
- For products made with multiple materials, the composition and order listed on the care label may vary depending on the production season.
