· We ship mainly by DHL, and we use the fastest delivery company(Rincos, Qxpress) possible depending on the country.
· Delivery takes an average of 3-5 days.
· If the name of the orderer and the name of the payer are different, please contact us by e-mail.
If payment is not made within 7 days of placing an order, the order will be automatically canceled.
· Delivery tracking is available from 5pm on the 2nd day of payment.
Refund & Returns Policy
1. On the order page, select Delivery Complete > Return Request - State the reason for size, exchange, refund, etc.
2. Enclose a memo stating your name, contact information, and reason for return
3. Pay the shipping cost yourself and send it to the Shipping address.
· You can request an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving the product. Delivery takes an average of 10-20 business days.
· Exchanges and returns are not possible in the following cases:
- Products that cannot be returned or exchanged at the bottom of the detail page.
- In case the inner packaging material or hangtag is lost or damaged.
- If it is impossible to resell after wearing, such as contamination, severe wrinkling, perfume, etc.
- If the shipping cost is not paid, the amount will be deducted and refunded.

Shipping costs are fully borne by us.
However, if it is intentionally damaged, it will be returned for cash on delivery and legal action may be taken.
